Trained in Mysore at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute. Teaches our slow flow and morning Ashtanga classes. Calmest person in the studio.
Mat pilates · Pre/post-natal
Certified pre/post-natal pilates instructor with a background in physiotherapy. Teaches our mat classes and all pre/post-natal sessions.
