Docs · Quick reference
You don't need to memorize any of these. Type / in Telegram and the bot will auto-suggest. Everything else? Just say it in plain English.
Start here
The bot handles plain-language requests for everything content-related. No special syntax, no menus.
Slash commands exist for the handful of things that benefit from being explicit — connecting accounts, switching sites, opening support.
The handful you'll use most.
/start
Welcome screen. New owners see signup; returning owners see their active site and example asks.
/sites
List every website connected to your account, with live URLs and which one is active.
/switch <name>
Switch which site the bot is working on. Partial matches work (e.g. /switch dent).
/new
Start signup for an additional site on the same account. Same flow as your first onboarding.
/customize
A menu of things the bot can do for you, with example phrasings. Good when you've forgotten what's possible.
Connect accounts, pull reports, check availability.
/connect
Link your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account via Meta. Once connected, the bot can post directly.
/analytics
Pulls a fresh report for your active site — page views, top pages, traffic sources, devices.
/domain <name.com>
Check domain availability. If it's free, the bot tells you the registrars we recommend.
When you need a human.
/support
Opens a support ticket. Your message goes straight to the NovaBuildBot team. Use this for anything urgent or anything you don't want the AI to handle.
Writing a blog post
Just say "write a blog post about <topic>". The bot drafts, formats, and publishes.
Uploading an image
Send the photo in chat and tell the bot where to place it ("put this on the homepage hero").
Updating site content
Address, hours, services, reviews — say it in plain English and the bot makes the change and publishes.
Posting to social media
Once /connect is done, just say "post X on Instagram".
