Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is for businesses and the people who manage them. You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your business, and use the Service for lawful business purposes.

2. What we provide

The Service helps you run small-business marketing — building and updating a website, posting to your social accounts, managing customer conversations on WhatsApp, and producing analytics. Specific features evolve; you can always see the current set on this site or in Nova Hub.

3. Plans and billing

• Subscription plans are described on our pricing page. Prices are in INR and exclusive of taxes.
• Charges recur on the schedule shown at signup. You can cancel any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a payment fails or is refused, we may suspend the Service after notifying you.

4. Your responsibilities

• Authority over your accounts. When you connect Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, you confirm you own those accounts or have authority to act on the owner's behalf.
• Approval of agent actions. Our autonomous agents propose changes and posts; you (the business owner) approve before anything is published or applied. You're responsible for what you approve.
• Lawful use. Don't use the Service to publish content that's illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't use it to send unsolicited messages outside what Meta's WhatsApp policies allow.
• Account security. Keep your Telegram and dashboard URLs private. Tell us immediately if you suspect access has been compromised.

5. Content ownership

• Your content stays yours. Photos, text, business data, customer conversations — you own them. By using the Service, you grant us the rights necessary to host, process, display, and publish your content as you direct.
• Content we generate for you. Drafts, captions, and edits produced by our AI on your instruction are yours to use and modify.
• Our software. The platform code, design, and underlying systems remain Nova's property.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties — Anthropic, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Cloudflare, GitHub, Railway, Telegram, Pexels — listed in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and terms affect what we can do. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.

7. AI and autonomous agents

Our agents use generative AI to draft content and propose actions. AI output can be wrong. We design the workflow so that anything posted to your accounts or pushed to your website passes through your approval first. You should review approval requests before tapping Approve.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your information is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to it.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk. We'll notify you when we can.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't promise specific outcomes (e.g. that your search ranking will improve by X, or that a campaign will produce Y bookings). To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email.
