Nova Hub Dashboard

How to sign in to hub.novabuildbot.com and what each page is for.

The bot is the primary interface, but for visualizing things at scale — patient counts over time, where your traffic comes from, what your AI agents are doing — you want Nova Hub.

Signing in

  1. Open hub.novabuildbot.com/signin in a browser
  2. Enter your Telegram @username (the one your bot account uses) and click Continue with Telegram
  3. The page opens our bot in a new tab and asks you to confirm the sign-in
  4. In Telegram, tap Confirm
  5. Your browser auto-redirects to the dashboard with a 30-day session

Why is it asking for my username?

The bot uses it to refuse confirms from a different account — if someone else clicks your sign-in link, they can't approve it. Read more in our security notes if you're curious. Short version: it's how we close a category of phishing attacks.

Why does it open Telegram instead of using a password?

Because passwords are a security and usability burden. Your Telegram account is already a strong, MFA-protected identity. We piggyback on it.

What's on the dashboard

Today

Today's appointments, recent customer conversations, anything that needs your attention right now.

Customers

Every customer who's interacted with you — through the website contact form, WhatsApp, or any other channel we've connected. Searchable. Click a customer to see your full conversation history.

Conversations

Every inbound and outbound message, grouped by customer. Useful for figuring out the context behind a follow-up.

Appointments

Calendar view of upcoming visits. You can drag-to-reschedule, mark as completed, or cancel.

Analytics

Page views, top pages, traffic sources, device breakdown. Pulled from Google Analytics and Google Search Console (both managed inside Nova — you don't need a Google login).

Agent activity

Every action your AI agents have taken on your behalf — SEO fixes, social media posts, content drafts. Each entry is timestamped and includes what changed.

Settings

Business details (name, contact info, hours, services, FAQs), enabled features, and the Agents toggle.

Owner vs admin

If you're the business owner: you only see your own business.

If you're a NovaBuildBot admin (us): the sign-in flow shows a picker of every business in the system, so we can drop into any one to help. Admin sessions can also override the URL ?business_id=N to switch contexts without re-signing-in.

Signing out

There's no logout button in the UI yet (on our list). Until there is, signing out means clearing the nbb_session cookie in your browser settings, or just waiting 30 days for it to expire.
