This wiki is the reference manual. The pages on the left walk you from first signup through every feature, in roughly the order you'll use them.

How it works

A top-level Personal Bot receives every message you send and decides whether to answer directly or hand the work to a specialist. The Website Agent handles your site; the Social Media Agent handles your accounts. You see one coherent conversation — the specialists are invisible internals.
